Careers Referrals Refer your Buddy to Virtue! Virtue Group Employee referral program has been an important part of Virtue Group's success story during the past few years. We rely on our top technical professionals in identifying the best of talent, and there is no better way than through personal referrals. The program benefits the individuals doing the referring, the referred individuals themselves, our esteemed customers, and Virtue Group. And we ensure an efficient, timely process to handle the hundreds of referrals and referral bonus awards processed each year. Who is eligible to participate in Virtue Group's Employee Consultant Referral Program? Any Virtue Group employee, currently on an Virtue Group engagement or who has worked on or completed an Virtue project within the last six months, is eligible to participate in this program. How do I submit a referral? Virtue Group utilizes technology to make it very easy to submit a referral. Please submit the Referrals by sending an email to info@Virtuegroup.com. Once you have submitted the referral, you will be contacted by the Virtue Group via e-mail regarding acceptance or rejection as a "qualified" referral. If rejected, the e-mail will explain the reason(s) why the referral cannot be accepted, and it will allow you an opportunity to correct the data and resubmit if applicable. All referrals will be held for 6 months from the date of submission. If a referral is not hired within that period, it will be purged from the database. What is my referral bonus? As the individual who made the referral, you will receive a referral bonus of $500 after completion of 160 hours of work with Virtue Group by the referral. You are not limited in the number of cash awards. The more referrals submitted, "qualified" and hired.the more awards you will earn. It is a win/win scheme for Virtue Group and you. |
