Abishek Samuel Sallapudi
President
Abishek Samuel Sallapudi, or Sam as he is fondly called, is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully established, scaled, and exited multiple business ventures in his more than two decades of experience.
Hailing from a family of successful businessmen, he grew up with discipline, people skills, quest for knowledge, patience, and humility. Being grounded is another virtue of Sam, which has helped him in becoming a successful leader and entrepreneur.
As President, Virtue Group LLC, Sam oversees budgets, staff, and executives as well as evaluates the success of the company. He is directly engaged with all board members and other executives to assess the direction of the company, develop short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies.
During his free time, Sam spends his time out on the water offshore fishing and also coaches his son’s baseball team.
Vinod Penmetsa is a highly accomplished professional with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit. With a career spanning over two decades, he held roles overseeing systems administration, implementing Change management practices in the software development lifecycle & SOX compliance, Oracle ERP upgradations & implementations with companies like Taylormade Golf, 7Eleven Inc, Beckman Coulter Inc and later growing into key management roles in privately held organizations within the Pharmaceutical and Hospitality verticals.
Vinod’s strong leadership and management abilities across diverse verticals, coupled with his technical knowledge, makes him a valuable asset to Virtue Group.
As a VP for Business Development, he helps identify key business opportunities and drives clients’ success by developing effective & innovative solutions.
Outside of his work, he is a fitness enthusiast spending time running barefoot.

Vasant Chintalapati
Vice President - Business Development
Vasant Chintalapati is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Banking, Insurance, Construction and IT sectors. He spent over 10 years with HSBC Bank in the APAC region, where he honed his expertise in sales and management. He has diversified his portfolio, taking on new challenges as Managing Director of a construction company that specializes in buildings, bridges and railway projects. He has been associated with the IT industry for several years specializing in business development for US Recruitment.
With a wealth of experience and a diverse set of skills, Vasant is a dynamic and versatile
professional who is well-equipped to take on new challenges and drive success in any industry.
His passion for golf makes him to travel across the world meeting new people.
Sushma Kalidindi has over 7 years of operations delivery experience in IT Services industry. She has a strong experience in implementing Employee benefits, onboarding and offboarding programs. She is a quick learner and has been the liaison in implementing Employee management systems and Payroll systems at various mid-size companies with 500+ employees. With strong people skills, she leaves no stone unturned in getting an Employee problem solved. She is a strong team player who works hard to make an impact and find answers to any Employee challenges. She oversaw the development of more robust reporting systems for Employee timesheets, project management, invoice management and P&L reporting .
Sushma enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking etc. She has two young kids and sets a strong example to them.
